How billing works
- You decide how many hours per week to allocate (e.g. 2 hours/week).
- Billing occurs at the beginning of each month for the upcoming month's allocated hours.
- Payment is made in line with your agreed payment terms.
- Hours are then available to use through the month as you submit tasks via Zoho Connect.
- No lock-in contracts — adjust hours up or down as your needs change.
Example. Two hours per week at the Essentials tier ≈ 8–9 hours per month. At the start of the month you're invoiced for 8 hours × $45/hr =$360. Once paid, those 8 hours are available throughout the month via Zoho Connect.

You decide how many hours per week to allocate. Billing occurs at the beginning of each month for the upcoming month's allocated hours. Once paid per your agreed payment terms, those hours are available throughout the month by submitting tasks via Zoho Connect.
What happens to unused hours?
Hours are allocated month-by-month based on what you choose. Unused hours don't carry forward by default — but we work with you to plan workload so allocated time is well spent.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
No lock-in contracts. You can adjust your hours up or down month-to-month as your needs change.
What licensing do we need?
Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace is required. Additional licensing may be needed to grant our team access to specific tools — we'll advise during onboarding.
Can I change tier later?
