What does Lifecycle Services actually include?

Is it suited to a small fleet?

Yes. The program scales from a few devices to thousands across multiple sites. Smaller fleets benefit from the same coordinated approach without paying enterprise overhead.

How is data wiped at end-of-life?

We perform certified data erasure on devices before they leave your environment, and provide documentation of the wipe to support compliance and audit requirements.

What happens to retired devices?

Devices eligible for re-sale flow into the Ex-Assets program after certified wipe. Devices at true end-of-life are processed through environmentally responsible e-waste recycling channels.

Does this replace our existing IT support?

Lifecycle Services focuses on the device lifecycle — procurement, deployment, refresh and retirement. It pairs naturally with our managed IT, Apple repairs and MDM services, and can complement an existing internal IT team.

How often is the refresh cycle?

Typical refresh cycles are 3–4 years for business and 4–5 years for education 1:1 programs, though the right cadence depends on workload, finance arrangements and residual value. We plan the cycle with you.
